woohoo... we're through to the SECOND ROUND! im so glad we made it lar, cos last year, was a very disappointing year for the coach, arsene whanker, and of course, the players that is.. was keen not to make that mistake again.. i have to say.. this year, our fighting spirit has been superb, that has to be maintained though.. oh, and we lost to YJC 1-0 today.. but have to admit we didnt play the full team, but then again, thats not a valid reason for the lost, it just teaches us that we gotta buck up and stop all the mistakes and sloppy play, so afterall, there are still many positives to take away from this match... and oh ya, the crowd today was bad.. i think very little people turned up at the match today, maybe only the more enthusiatic ones, and sad to say.. its gonna be the last time they watch us play at tpjc today.. for second rd will be held at sajc.. and anyway we got sajc, njc and rjc in our second round grouping.. i think we're of equal standards and ultimately, who goes further would depend on our fighting spirit and performance of course. so yah guys, next thursday at sajc, its a new ball game.. forget about the first rd, enjoy now while u can and we're gonna take a game at a time.. lets go all the way!! wheee~

saturday day night BUT without the fever.

i foresee. a boring and mundane saturday night ahead.. shucks!

woohoo, been a great day... met up wiv my secondary school classmates. full of reminisces, fond memories and of course, lots of catching up.. met to play soccer as usual, played for a total of 3 hours, am sunBURNT. wahaha, all worth it, its all good and in the name of fun. owells, not all of them came though, however, MOST of them did. its been a long time since i last played wiv pple like lloyd, seng, marsh, khenglong, alex and of course weichuan.. not to forget boonyong... was full of fun and laughter. after which we went to play pool!!!! once again, its been ages since i last played.. like months? wahaha. rusty rusty. :D owells.. had my haircut today too.. went to ROOTs wiv khenglong.. was pretty okay i guess? cant be bothered anyway. :D am looking forward to monday.. because, on monday, we will be able to know if we're qualified for the second round of the 'A' divisions tournaments.. im quietly confident we're gonna make it. i can feel it.. guys no more mistakes aight!? anyway.. tpjc.net has some interesting feed about the ipodder or smth.. its in the forum, its a recording done by mr chu.. and in the recording feed, there are many well wishes for the soccer team by teachers like miss eleanor chia, miss lorraine lee and also by the student council.. was really nice to hear that. :)

d a n c e. urgh. yeah!

woohoo, dancefest was great.. hafta admit the music system was kinda bad, but the atmosphere there is just superb la! wahaha. the performances were great too, esp the performance by HCI, my personal favourite ehs? wahaha. owells... the contestants weren't too bad too, and erawan is just hilarious lar today.. he is really "cute" in that retro outfit of his, plus his over-sized shades. :D not to forget, the council did really well to organise and plan this event, kudos to the council. oh and during the " free for all dance " , everyone just became mad lar :D maybe except ian.. haha.. guess he's just shy lar. and dancefest just reminds me about orientation night la, just that orientation night's atmosphere was slightly better, and another difference is that i didnt get any "mr baluku" today lar. haha. oh yah, well done tennis girls! i couldnt watch the whole game due to dancefest, but i knew it was a nail biting finish lar, esp when they were tied 2-2 and with the last game to play... woohoo, but the girls proved something, that they are not just another team. am just glad lar, to come back to school and see those girls elated and euphoric, guys we're gonna make it too arent we? im quietly confident we can, and till then, we'll see.

a boring goal less draw.

we're close to clinching it, i can smell it already.. todays game ended wiv a goal less draw against srjc.. they really prove their worth, one of the most improved team i must say, strong but nevertheless, at least we managed to put up wiv them.. owells.. the thing is, if we won today, we would qualify, but it wasnt to be YET, so we've to wait for thursdays matches where srjc will face tjc and ajc will face yjc. nevertheless, we're still top of the group. thus we're still in pole position to qualify. we just have to continue playing our game! must not ever let complacency creep into the game again.. owells, winning, losing or even draws are part and parcel of any sports, any games. we can only learn and improvise on it, no point brooding over spilled milk right? " let bygones be bygones". what matters most now is that we learn from this match and then move forward. come on guys! we're almost there.. perservere!

woohoo, nice and bad things happened today. the bad thing is that i got a 3 for my pw, its a pass no doubt, but who wouldnt wish for better grades right? maybe i just ain't the type who would score well.. wahaha. but then again, to think back, i've been slacking for my pw too, minutes were not done on time and stuff, they say " you reap what you sow" . so thats how it works right? so heed my advice, reform now or else......... hahaha! the cow's reformed she claims, but the pig aint reformed yet i must say.. owells, wouldnt wanna talk about anymore negative stuff that happened today. hmmm, lets see, the best thing that happened today is that both the TPJC TENNIS and TPJC VOLLEYBALL girls did us proud by winning today.. haha, who says TPJC is only good in arts ccas, we will show others TPJC sports are niche ccas too! prove that lady who speaks every morning about arts cca wrong! hahas.. anyway reached home pretty early today, wuna take a nap, only to find my cousin having tuition in my bedroom. sigh, it always happens. haha esp when i come home early, so the morale of the story is " dont come home early ". hahas, spouting rubbish already.. oh and bro's went overseas to fish again.. we just dont click, im crazy over soccer and hes crazy over dumb fishes. hahaha! oh, so i get to hog the comp today :D, doesnt make much of a difference anyway cos even when he's home, he seldom use the comp.. im like the main consumer. haha.. been a great day. i wuna watch the creep but SOMEONE doesnt wanna watch it wiv me! :P force u i shall. wahaha.

woooooohooooooo TPJC 5-3 AJC. almost there, but loads more to do guys.. the game was simply fantastic, the TP fighting spirit was there. most importantly the fans are always behind us, GREAT. at times we're down and people thought we're gonna lose, we proved them wrong once again, because TP boleh! yeah!!!!! woohoo, personally, i was feeling much psyched up already, even before i went in at about 50+ mins, had to try really hard to focus during the warm-up, did focus and it paid off, was just euphoric to see my corner met by elfi the great's head. and the rest was history. just wanna say, wonderful job guys, and for the fans... thanks alot for supporting and i hope u all know whatever we achieve, its all due to you pple's presence. THANKS ALOT! btw the next game is on monday, against SRJC, do give us the same support ya? you pple rawk! Lets Go TP!

Cross Country 2005

had my cross country run today at turf city, after all these while of training and stuff, finally ehs, this is it.. yah, but am not feeling too good before the run anyway, had a match on monday u see. that tjc match.. yah, and i haf to admit that im more concerned about the match tmr then the result im gonna achieve today.. but owells, i still pushed myself la. came in 45th position, clocked a personal best timing too. 17.14mins i think. im just feeling very lethargic now, trust me. aw. and i just realised, stupid POP QUIZ tmr. DAMN. and AJC tmr. guys come on!!! the ball is in our court now, dont screw up. LIVESTRONG

woohoo!!!!!! am so high!

simply subliminal, a turn, WHACK! and woohoo it went in, to like so many people's surprise. its a miracle, a miracle i needed, and to think i would still get 5 bucks because of it! woohoo.. well the score is TPJC 3-0 TJC. i must say when the game just started, its everyone's game. TJC started off really well.. and it was just difficult to penetrate through their defence, but soon after, goals came, courtesy of boon pin and elfi, and myself :) by far the most stunning goal i thought i scored, without that goal i think my performance would be rated just average. woohoo.. anyway TEAM, dont get carried away, its just the first match! more to come, and theres more to prove. LETS GO TP LETS GO.

hey guys, tmr is the day.. the day we're looking forward to, the day we're gonna prove ourselves.. the thought just excites me. the goals, the assists, the blunders, the mistakes, whatever happens, its not reversible, no room for mistakes alexander says.. totally agree. exactly 1 year ago, when i was playing for this same tournament, my mood wasnt so intensed, maybe it was due to the fact that i wasnt really bonded to the team yet.. NOW, i finally understood what it meant to my seniors last year when we went out in the first round. its definately something I dont want to experience. the pain, the shit, the troubles we went through, just to get here.. its not gonna go to waste, guys i know u all wont let yourselves down, same applies to me.. and the dear girl there, thanks for all your encouragement yeah? esp the card, i so appreciate it. i believe, tmr, we will play our hearts out. so tpjcians, come down, support the team, we need you more than anything else now.. home advantage wont be what it is without you guys. painted the field once more.

hmms, am home surprisingly early today. didnt have cca today unlike the past 3 days. i feel i've been over-used. perhaps i over-exert myself too much. runs runs runs, argh. owells... painted the field again today.. have to do another darkening of the lines just in case something crops up during 'A' division. just in case you didnt know, this year we will be hosting the first round of the 'A' division soccer tournament. first time in years to come. thus we're under immense pressure to do well, and it means at least making it to the 2nd rd. the soccer camp is quietly confident, but not complacent. which is good. "when the going gets tough, the tough gets going" yeah, thats the message sent acrossed. oh, and im expecting a hectic schedule coming up.. starting from next monday where we will meet TJC at our own backyard (tpjc). after which we will play AJC on thurs. and not to forget, i got my nationals cross country run on wednesday. i will definately be burnt out. ouch.

woohoo, first and foremost, my apologies for not putting in the effort to blog as much as the past now. have been busy lately, so yeah, this explains the decreased in rate of publishing new posts in my blog. =] owells, not that many things have happened lately right? yeah.. went to katong for laksa this afternoon, needless to say, thoroughly enjoyed savouring it. am sure you agree. haha. oh.. and crashed the town shortly after. went to meet lex,dan,ken to "shop" though alex's the one who's doing most of the "shopping" today.. went out the whole day la, from like 11am this morn, and i just reached home not long ago.. anw am gonna watch the man u match now, so... yeah. update again when im free aight!? and... am watching spanglish tmr! woohoo
