wednesday : sentosa trip cum bbq

heh, this must be the best day of the week man. we went to sentosa and had loads of fun there, playing beach vball, beach soccer and we went to have a little wade at the water there. was pretty cool lar. alex and kim got to try the luge ride too. haha, seems fun! will try the next time i get to go there again. anyway by then we're dead tired and pretty hungry lar. then comes the bbq. haha, thought the food was pretty okay compared to other bbqs. must be the master chef la... which is me. heh, okay, alexander the not so great lar actually. anyway thanks kim for inviting. (: spent the night at marshall's and i learnt how to play mahjong!

thursday : 2.4km run

yeah we ran 2.4, okay maybe me only because the rest gave up halfway. we didnt really had a good time running but i thought the chatting was good.. played pool after that too. was dead tired and fell asleep early.

today : soccer/gym trip

played street soccer with erawan's ex-school mates and friends, he's not there though. yah, had quite alot of fun, but i think im getting tanned again... im dark enough la.. owells. yar. anyway quanbao came today too. was really good seeing him. he was telling us all about army and i must say, its quite intimidating. sigh. aiya, better not think so much about it. better to experience it ourselves. yup. like a week to go.. this weekend is my last weekend before NS man. damn... freaking fast. the last time i blogged was 11 days left. haha. owells.. anyway my sleep cycle is in disarray these days. i've been sleeping more in the afternoons lately. but i love sleep. (:

whoa. havent blogged in a while. not that im busy or anything. just LAZY. haha. owells.. tmr is the 4e1 reunion dinner. but im not gonna be able to make it.. supp to be 27th. but then i dont know why its changed to the 28th in the very last minute. so. ya, sorry peeps, i cant make it. cos im going to SENTOSA tmr! woohoo. pardon me for being excited but. its been a long time since i last went there, back in june i guess. and last few days was just mundane, so the excitement, when a interesting outing comes along. heh. i foresee lots of fun tmr! lets just hope it doesnt rain.. its the rainy season :( eh. oh.. and anyway christmas eve was spent celebrating mum's bday and counting down at dar's place.. first time counting down there. not too bad la hor? hehe. christmas was spent exchanging presents and slacking at the esplanade. slacking can be really fun too la. and dinner at swensen's was power la... the banana crumble, an dessert we chanced upon in the menu, tastes really good, better than their convention swensen's ice cream. and its affordable! (: haha i wanna try the apple crumble too! highly recommended. next time you all go there, might wanna try. the baked rice there wasnt that good though.. :) owells..

hey.. bout two weeks to my enlistment.. counting down.. anyway played 2 soccer matches in a row today, though i think i slacked throughout the second.. heh. so im dead tired.. going to sleep in a while.. anyway the two matches are against the team from ajc and our juniors, both match ended 3-2 sia. to our favour. thats why we quipped that we gotta buy 4d 3232. haha i hope it doesnt come out ah. or else..... we'd have shot ourselves in the foot, cos we didnt buy la.. was great talking to some of those i dont meet often like peng and matt... talking about soccer, and about army. haha. i guess thats almost ALL our common topics. i bet we'd be talking more about NS stuff in the future. pretty sure about that la... anyway caught king kong the day before yesterday, was 3 hours filled of action and anticipation. a show worthy of 7.50 bucks. oh.. and spent quite alot of money yesterday.. aiya. now must watch my spending to ensure i survive till the end of the mth, not unless my pay cheque does get sent to my house by christmas la. would make a good christmas present haha. anyway i've this interest in r/c air planes nowadays... so tempted to buy one that doesnt cost much, just to play.. hey people i know you all must be thinking, wah lau, 18 years old alrdy still wanna play this. haha. IM STILL A CHILD AT HEART la! :) anyway real tired to continue blogging. going to sleep now.. blog again another time.

before you know it, its three weeks to my enlistment. delirious.

its like entering a black hole. you never know what its gonna bring to you. so mystifying, so unfamiliar. owells.. going to NS would mean i no longer have the luxury of having my clothes washed by someone else, never have the luxury of being spontaneous and going out whenever i want, i dont have my nice comfy bed, no jasmine licking me, no jackie biting me, no cuddling of princess. worse of all. no charmaine. wah lau. and not to mention, i wil be doing push-ups and pull-ups everyday. running everyday too! cool right. haha.

travelling has taken its toll on me.

i had to travel to ang mo kio and toa payoh yesterday to handle the outlets there. anyway it took me approx 1 hour on bus 88 just to reach pasir ris from ang mo kio. not to mention, i still gotta transit to another bus. things couldnt get any worse right? you're wrong. i got BOON LAY today!!! wah lau eh! the other end of the east-west mrt line. im staying in pasir ris! its two extremes.. owells.. i survived. haha.

anyway, met up with some of the assohfive guys today, didnt do anything special though, we just had a casual dinner, talked, played pool and talked somemore.. ya, thats about it.. but its kinda nice la, at least i know what they are doing for now.. heh. the soccer guys ah, dont know what they are busy with la.. been a while since i last saw them, esp that....... haha, kenny you know who right? aiya...

so monday's the last working day! woohoo!!!!!! yea, had to set aside time to prepare myself for ns already, like jogging and stuff.. anyway think i'll be trying to join the year 1s for training if i could spare the time, anyone interested as well? tag k.

hey.. work's great today.. actually its because there is nothing much to be done today, though we went to four outlets. namely ang mo kio's ntuc and shop 'n' save, hougang mall's ntuc and compass point's ntuc. i realised, if i do continue working all the way till enlistment, i would be able to tell you the exact location of at least 80 supermarkets! haha. crazy, of course im not gonna work till enlistment. so the last day is changed to monday. thats due to the fact i didnt work much last week, due to unforeseen circumstances. but i would gladly work everyday if every working day is like today.. the merchandiser that i was attached to today was really nice, she bought me lunch, though i insist on paying, she bought me drinks too.. and she said that i should keep my money and then i could use it for leisure some other time. damn sweet right. haha. :) sure hope the next few days would be as good. have to go down to ang mo kio again tmr though. have unfinished business there. heh. WHICH MEANS, i gotta wake up at 7 again. so people, holidays doesnt equate to late mornings if you're working. or maybe its just me. owells. im loving it. haha. FORT MINOR - BELIEVE ME is nice, BELIEVE ME. :)

today is a good break from everything else. so much happening these days, today was a well-deserved break. watched ru guo. ai today, i'd say the show is pretty good, except for the fact that a certain level of analyzing skills is needed to understand the show fully. i got confused at so many scenes, luckily you were there to explain, or else, 7.50 would go down the drain. heh. oh.. and izree got enlisted today, i wonder how would he do in there... soon, i believe, is my turn to get enlisted. time flies. boo! anyway, work tomorrow, argh.. owells, till the end of this week!!!

okay, so today's the last day of my granny's wake. she was cremated today in the afternoon at the mandai crematorium. the mood is solemn, i mean, its expected right? today, many saw my granny for the last time, as we paid our final respects, speak to her for the very last time.. sigh.. it all happened in such a short period. too fast. but we agreed God was fair to her, not allowing her to suffer too much before she eventually left us. she left on the very day she was admitted to the hospital, for many, it was too big a blow, tears flowed, hearts broken. in case you pple are wondering, im okay... knowing you people do care helps. thanks..

i feel i have so much to say to her, but im just unable to, even to her spirit-less body. i dont know whats keeping me back, perhaps, its all just too shocking.. but i do hope she, on the way to heaven, would understand how much she really meant to me, even though i did not manage to tell her.. sigh...

enough of that. some light hearted stuff now, heh. my sleep cycle is seriously altered. i slept for barely 4 hours last night and the previous night.. had to take turns to be at granny's wake you see. yup. anyway dar came on one of the days, haha, well appreciated okay! yup. i bet i ate countless peanuts the last few days. been doing nothing but eating, eating, eating and sleeping.

so.. i missed the AssOhFive chalet.. saw vanessa's blog and she mentioned it wasnt as fun as the last one we had. haha, you know why!? because im not there!!!!! heh, just kidding la yah. anyway will be meeting the assohfive guys one of these days as according to weijian. will be good la. anyway, took a long break from work! will resume work on wednesday, and i think i would officially stop working on friday, the 16th of dec. after which would be PLAY PLAY PLAY! after i get the pay that is. festive season is coming, but not in the mood though... owells, holidays hasnt been good! but. lets try to work on it ya? everyone enjoy the remaining holidays!!!! take care. life's fragile. cherish it.

my paternal grandma left this world just hours ago.
it all happened so fast, she was only admitted into the hospital this morn.
in 24 hours time, her frail body gave way, and the path to God is being paved.
she's heading to a better place. she's heading to paradise.
the mood around is just so dampening.
owells. i'll be strong.

i could remember how she would scold me when i did smth wrong as a young boy;
i could also remember how she used to be very strict with me.
i didnt like it then.
now. i dont have the chance to thank her anymore. regrets.

post prom

feeling so tired now, dont even know what to blog la. slept for the last 5-6 hours. didnt catch a wink at all last night la.. and had to play this muddy soccer match this morning. lethargic la. hmm. anyway prom was alright i thought, especially for boonyong as he walked away with the ipod nano that he wanted from the start. lucky guy. lol. anyway i thought i would taste the feeling of clubbing for once last night but failed to because we arent gonna spend much time in there so we reckoned we might as well do smth else so we went to the pub. im not drunk anyway guys. haha. owells after that, things all passed so fast, prom is over in a whisker. so busy times are more or less gone. gotta work nxt week though, regretted giving my word so soon, so i can only regret now. owells. hope this week passes by quickly. anyway didnt brought my cam yesterday so didnt had many prom pics so if you people do have, please send me via tpjc.net or online la huh. thanks.
